Voca a Nationally Recognised Training Provider have been delivering quality and flexible education and training to Australian businesses for over 10 years.

We understand the importance of time within a business, therefore we tailor our course delivery schedule to suit every business requirement. Voca delivers training 24/7 to ensure we meet all shifts within a business and cater to all demands of a lean workplace.

Quality

Voca must meet quality standards set  by its registered body. In order to remain an RTO we must meet and achieve to the highest standards in order to be compliant. Voca has been successful in receiving a State funding contract to deliver subsidies training under the Victorian Training Guarantee Program. This contract allows our clients to reduce cost of training per qualification – Eligibility criteria applies.

Tailored

Training needs Analysis (TNA) – also known as a gap needs analysis – identifies skills/competency gaps by isolating the difference in and between current and future skills/competency. This is achieved by conducting a comprehensive training needs analysis and customising the training plan to suit each individual, department and company.
